I am an independent researcher, author and speaker, originally from Australia, now based in the UK. I write, research and speak across a wide range of subjects, including geometry, landscape, ancient history, poetry and more. I'm particularly drawn to counter-narratives and the unconventional, to different ways of looking and thinking about the world. I've given presentations on my work to various groups, including the Francis Bacon Society, Shakespeare Authorship Trust, Bases Conference and more.

My first book, The Map and the Manuscript: Journeys in the Mysteries of the Two Rennes, was published in 2022.

It documents my investigation into the Affair of Rennes-le-Château, over more than twenty years, including five years living in France in the area of the famous village.

The book includes solutions to key puzzles at the core of the mystery, revealed for the first time.

After a successful business career in the field of scientific lasers, I became a full time writer in 2007.

Since then I've been occupied on a wide range of projects across many different topics, from the Shakespeare Authorship question, to crop circles and more.

I have given well-received presentations to the Francis Bacon Society, the Shakespeare Authorship Trust at the Globe Theatre, and elsewhere.

Many of these are available to watch on video on this website.
